What is Headley Validate and how does it work?

Headley Validate is Headley Media’s proprietary lead validation system, designed to authenticate B2B contact data before any lead is delivered to a client’s CRM. Every record passes through two sequential steps. First, a custom-built AI tool cross-references each lead’s details against LinkedIn, Xing, company websites, and national and regional business registers, mimicking human authentication at scale. Second, an in-house quality control team manually reviews every result, applying additional ping testing and live contact checks, including direct calls and gatekeeper verification for any flagged or unusual entries. A lead is only signed off for delivery once both steps are complete.
