At Headley Media, we’re growing fast - and so is the demand for our innovative lead generation solutions. We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team and help expand our client base across global B2B marketing sectors.
If you’re a natural problem-solver with some experience in marketing or B2B sales, this role could be perfect for you. Our Account Managers own and manage their client relationships end-to-end, from prospecting through to client management and upsell/cross-sell, with support from our senior sales professionals and talented campaign management team, this role offers the perfect platform to accelerate your career.
The Role
- Drive Business Growth: Prospect, pitch, and win new clients by confidently introducing our trusted lead generation portfolio to marketing decision-makers.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Consult with marketing professionals, media planners, and buyers to recommend the most effective campaigns to meet their goals.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: From drafting compelling proposals to briefing our in-house campaign team, you’ll oversee projects from initial contact to successful delivery.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture strong, long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients.
- Stay Organized & Proactive: Keep your pipeline moving through timely follow-ups and accurate updates in Salesforce.
About You:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or B2B sales
- Confident communication skills – both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A driven, self-motivated mindset with a passion for client success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
