As Headley Media’s UK based Account Director, Maddie Penfold works on a range of important and rewarding accounts. This spans global agencies & enterprise technology businesses. Maddie is driven by fostering valuable and productive client relationships driven by transparency and communication. Maddie focuses on global business in her role at Headley Media with clients based in NAM and APAC, making her passionate about establishing international networks and partnerships. Before working for Hedley Media, Maddie had a commercial role within a data and GIS consulting business. This experience gave Maddie expertise in customer service, consultative selling and the importance of data quality and data management. Having undertaken two degrees at the University of London (Geography BA, Kings Collage London & Urban Geography MA, UCL) Maddie has an academic background, something she is hugely proud of. The skills and especially interests that Maddie acquired throughout her further education remain an important focus in her - life both inside and outside of the workplace. In 2024, Maddie won Just Global’s Dick Reed award for Most Collaborative Individual in the Lead Generation industry.
